| There has been discussions in the past on how much HP is picked up by going to the twin pop. Here is a graph we did on the yellow Z. The first graph (358 rwhp & 409 rwtq) was with stock injectors and a single pop intake. The boost level was 17 psi. We had added a mix of race fuel to make sure we didn't detonate. We swapped in 555 cc injectors, added the twin pop and dynoed the next day (same fuel mix). At the same boost level the car made 360 rwhp and 406 rwtq. As you can see, the graphs are pratically identical. Clearly, the single pop is not a restriction at 360 rwhp.
Based on our dyno results, I would not drop the dollars into a twin pop setup unless I had a T25/T28 turbo upgrade or higher. A single pop with the 555's should be good as gold with stock turbos. Anyone else have back to back dyno's that show a more dramatic improvement by going to twin pops? Bryan
